Merch Tracker: Track Your Order from Checkout to Delivery

Our new Merch Tracker feature allows you to easily track your orders from start to finish, just like tracking your pizza delivery. With the Merch Order Tracker, you'll receive a unique link where you can check on the status of your custom apparel and accessories throughout the production process from check out to shipping. Follow along for a brief overview of each step in the process.

Step 1: Your Order is Received

Congratulations, you're on your way to some sweet new custom logo apparel and accessories. After checkout, one of our Merchologists will receive your order and reach out to you via email to confirm your logo colors, logo placement, and desired decoration method. This person will be your very own dedicated customer service representative throughout the entire process and will be available to assist you with your order in any way possible.

Step 2: We Create a Digital Proof of Your Logo

Once we review your product selections, desired decoration method, and logo placement we will digitally mock up your company logo or custom design on your products and email it to you.

Step 3: You Approve Your Digital Proof

If you like what you see in your digital proof then it's on to production. If there's something a bit off or you have a suggestion then your dedicated Merchologist will work with you to get it just the way you want it. Remember to approve your proof within 24 hours to avoid delaying your order!

Step 4: Your Merch is Customized with Your Logo or Design

Now it's time for the fun part, the customization of your merch! After you approve your proof, our team of decoration experts will add your corporate logo or custom design to your products. Here at Merchology, we can personalize clothing and accessories using more than 10 different decoration methods including custom embroidery, screen printing, and laser engraving!

Step 5: Your Order is Shipped to Your Door

Eureka! Your merch has been customized with your logo or design and is on its way to your home or business. Need it shipped extra fast?
