Where can I find the products available for a MerchStore?
Can I add products to my MerchStore that are not featured in the MerchStore Collection?
With so many choices available in our MerchStore Collection, we're confident you'll find products to suit your company's needs. By selecting from our MerchStore assortment, the risk of product not being available when its needed most is significantly reduced. Afterall, our number one goal is to deliver your custom branded merchandise on time!
Many of our products also have minimum order requirements. Skip the hassle, and stick to the MerchStore Collection where all products have a minimum order quantity of one!

How many logos can be uploaded to my company's MerchStore?
You may upload up to three logo variations to your MerchStore. Please see the "Artwork" section on our Merchology FAQ to learn more about logo guidelines and additional artwork information.
Am I able to change the decoration types and locations when adding products to my MerchStore?
The decoration types (e.g., embroidered, printed) and decoration locations (e.g., front, left chest, center pocket) have been chosen for each product featured in the MerchStore Collection and cannot be changed.
Many factors go into determining which options are best suited for each item. Our product and manufacturing experts understand fabric weights and material additives and do extensive testing to ensure we offer the best methods to showcase your brand. Additionally, every product is carefully examined to ensure the placement of your logo is not impacted by elements such as pockets, seams, brand logos, and the like.
What payment options are available?
Administrator Pays: Store payments will be grouped and paid for by the Store Administrator (i.e., company). Contact us for payment types other than credit card.
Individual Pays: The individual placing the order will pay for it at checkout using a credit card or voucher, if applicable.
What shipping options are available?
Shipping options include single location (e.g., office) or drop-shipped to the address of each individual placing an order. Shipping charges vary depending on who’s paying for the product.
Administrator Pays:
The Store Admin pays for the combined order and covers shipping costs. Shipping rates are dynamic based on the product style and quantity within the combined order and will be added to the cart.
Individual Pays:
All product ships to one location: A flat rate of $2.99 will be added to each shoppers’ cart.
Product ships to multiple individual addresses: A flat rate of $15.99 will be added to each order. Individual orders over $200.00 will incur a higher rate.
NOTE: This setting cannot be changed once a MerchStore has been created.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
During the store setup process, the Store Admin chooses one of the following shipping options:
One Shipment to a Single Location: All product ships to one destination. Shipping charges are based on this location and will be covered by either the Store Admin or the individuals (decided upon by the Store Admin).
Drop Shipped to Multiple Individual Addresses: Product is shipped to the address of each recipient. The base cost associated with drop shipping domestically within the continental US is $15.99 and will be covered by either the Store Admin or the individuals (decided upon by the Store Admin). Employee orders that are $200.00 will incur higher shipping fees.
NOTE: Any items shipping outside the US will incur higher shipping rates. Duties and taxes are not included. Lead time is 4-7 weeks and begins when the combined order closes.
Do you ship MerchStore orders internationally?
Yes! However, duties and taxes apply and are not included in pricing. The customer will be charged when their order arrives at customs, and will be contacted by the carrier to complete the international shipping process. Additionally, all products are listed in US dollars.
NOTE: Certain products are not available for international shipping. When adding items to your MerchStore, pay close attention to the product details which will highlight these restrictions. To access, click the View/Edit button in the products tab.
If my MerchStore has a closing date, do I need to remind my recipients of order deadlines?
We will send store members reminders for order deadlines, but all other communication will be filtered through the Store Admin. This includes shipping updates, inventory updates, and more.
Can the MerchStore be available to anyone, or just a select group of recipients?
This is up to you! You can give access to anyone by sending them your store URL, or you can password protect your MerchStore so only password holders can access the store.
Is there a chance that product ordered from our MerchStore won't be available when my order is ready to be processed?
The products added to our MerchStore Collection are chosen not only because they are best sellers, but also because we have deep inventory for most sizes. This helps minimize the risk of not having product available when your order is ready to be processed. In the event it happens, the Store Admin will receive an email notificaton with instructions.
Are minimum quantities required for MerchStore products?
One of the many MerchStore benefits is that customers may order a single item! All products featured in our MerchStore Collection are free of any minimum order quantities.
How are MerchStore orders processed?
All individual order submissions will process under a combined order (all orders are processed together as one — this does not impact your payment method). Lead times do not start until the combined order has been closed, as in the MerchStore itself has reached its closing date. Store Admins will be notified when the order has closed, and they will be required to submit the completed order. Orders will not process until the Store Admin has completed this action.
How long will it take to get my order?
The lead times for your MerchStore will depend on whether it's shipping to one location or multiple locations.
Shipping to one location: The combined order will ship in bulk and will be based off standard lead times which will depend on the product, decoration method, and the shipping method for transit to your delivery address. Please keep in mind that this timeline starts after the combined order closes.
Shipping to multiple locations: All orders ship within 4-7 weeks after the combined order closes.
One Shipment to a Single Location: All product ships to one destination. Shipping charges are based on this location and will be covered by either the Store Admin or the individuals (decided upon by the Store Admin). Lead time is based on product and decoration method and begins when the combined order closes.
Drop Shipped to Multiple Individual Addresses: Product is shipped to the address of each recipient.
