• High-quality artwork only!
• PNG and vector file types (Ai or EPS) are preferred.
• 1-color vector files are needed for all laser etch requests.
• 1-color vector files are also needed for all internally decorated pad print requests, except for ember mugs. Ember mugs can have up to 2 colors max.
• Proof dimensions must be listed in the "additional notes" section if an internal EMB proof is provided as artwork.
• Otherwise, the logo will be sized at whatever we see fit visually for the product image.
• If your requested decoration location is not listed in the dropdown field, please select "Other - See "Additional Notes" for specifics" and specify the location you requested.
