Submit this form to enable Organization Pay, Gift Codes, or Discount Codes for your MerchStore.

Each store can offer either Organization pay or Gift Codes/Discount Codes. A store cannot support both options. If you have multiple stores within your account, we can support different options for each store. If your request includes multiple stores, please provide the payment option details for each store in the Additional Notes section of this form or submit a separate form for each store.

To enable these payment options, we require a saved payment method to be setup on your account. This payment method will be applied to all stores linked to your account using these payment options.

How do I set up a payment method on my account?

In your Account Portal go to “Payments and Disbursements” under your configuration options. Click “Set up a payment method” and enter your credit card information. Click “Save payment method”.

When will my saved payment method be charged?

The credit card setup as the payment method for your account will be charged the following day of order placement.

Do you offer payment terms (Net30)?

Currently, we do not offer payment terms for MerchStore using Organization Pay, Gift Codes, or Discount Codes. A credit card is required to be setup as a payment method on the account to be charged for orders placed on MerchStores using these payment options.

What are the organization pay options available?

• Organization Pay - Show Pricing: This will allow shoppers visiting your store to view the product pricing, but they will not be charged at checkout.
• Organization Pay - Hide Pricing: This will allow shoppers visiting your store to select products and complete checkout without seeing any pricing. This is a great option for MerchStores used as a gifting platform.
• Optional Organization Pay: This will allow shoppers the option to decide at checkout if they want to charge the order to the organization or pay for the order themselves.

What are the gift code and discount code options available?

• Gift code for one free item
• Gift code for specified dollar value
• Discount code for $ or % off order value
