I was not pleased, I was told by one of your associates that I couldn’t purchase the several hats that I wanted from you guys because of some rule you have. If I’m not mistaken, it was about the quantity. So now I’m looking elsewhere. Now if I can still purchase my hats from Merchology. Please let me know, Thanks

They charge $70 for additional stitches on this!
I ordered 12 hats and then was expected to pay over double what I paid for extra stitches on the embroidery. No one gave me a heads up, so here is your heads up.

Luckily Merchology didn't charge me for this round since I was unaware but I wont purchase these from them again.

Merchology accommodated my request to have a unique name on the back of each cap, which really made them unique. The logo proof process was great and I was able to adjust the size of the logo as a result. I'll certainly use Merchology for my next team merch.

Great experience! Great company, and product was exactly as I anticipated.
