Custom hat order
This is my second order of custom hats with my business logo on them. Both orders were handled very professionally and were delivered according to what I was told when I placed the order. The embroidery work is great and my customers and I both love the hats. I am also pleased with the service I have received. I made several calls to the company to check on the orders and I get the impression that this is a tight-knit company with a home-town feel. It doesn't feel like a giant corporation and I appreciate that. When I call I talk to an actual person and they give me the information that I need without much effort. Will definitely order again in the future. Thank you.

Disappointed! The thread color isn't
Disappointed! The thread color isn't good for the hat color, resulting my logo/company name to be not visible! I did ask a team member to help me with color choices and review but to no help, even when contacting her after receiving the hats I was told there's nothing to do! I also ordered flexfit hats that are one size fits all and they are extremely small! Big disappointment, all needs to go to the garbage
